when i was 17, i actually wrote a column called "Summation" for my high school newspaper. not glamourous ... hardly ... when i started summation some years later, i thought it would be apt to revive the name "Summation" ...
unfortunately, summation.com wasn't available (it still wasn't) and i was stuck with the undesireable ".net" suffix ...
