Book: Words that Work

Words that Work by Frank Luntz is a great book.   The wonderful Dina Kaplan got it for me for my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed it.   

Luntz describes how one can use words in a way to better convey information.   he takes many politicians (like John Kerrey) and CEOs to task on not communicating well.    i highly recommend this book.
